Tube axial fans are
designed for applications in ducts or intake/exhaust systems which
have low resistance to air flow. The tube axial fan is encased in a
cylinder which helps collect and direct the fan's flow. With sizes
available from 20" to 72" and cfm ranges from 1,250 to 60,250, the
tube axial fans are very efficient in their class of fans. Standard
construction includes a welded steel housing tube and cast aluminum
fan blades for spark resistant construction. Four and six bladed
propellers are available in direct and belt driven models. The
direct drive tube axial fans are designed to be used in applications
where corrosive and contaminated material are not a problem. The
belt driven models are designed for applications where corrosive
materials are a factor. Typical applications include exhaust for
paint spray booths, mixing rooms, booster service, and many other
industrial ventilating requirements. |

Vane Axial Fans are
adaptations of Tube Axial Fans using prerotgative or post rotative
vanes to improve the fan's efficiency and increase working pressure.
Standard features include welded steel tube and vanes, four or six
blade cast aluminum airfoil blades, in belt or direct drive designs.
Inlet or discharge bell, guards, access doors, and mounting legs are
available as options. Belt driven units have the motor mounted out
of the air stream for applications involving corrosive fumes, smoke
or hot air. |

Sound Fighter Panel
Fans are designed to meet a variety of applications from general
ventilation in commercial facilities to heavy duty industrial
applications involving higher static pressures and cfm requirements.
Panel fans are available with diameters of 24" to 96" with cfm
ranges of 4,500 to 185,000. The FHI fans can meet the air
requirements for most exhaust, supply or reversible services. The
Sound Fighter FHI fan is made with a rugged, welded, all-metal
structural frame for added support and lower vibration. The panel is
a deep spun venturi-type orifice for quieter, more efficient
operation. A full line of accessories are available for the FHI
line, including wall boxes, guards, dampers, and rainhoods.

Sound Fighter's
line of jet upblast fans are used in many industrial plants across
the United States. Some of the applications they are used for are
paint booth exhaust, chemical fume exhaust, removal of dust
particles heavier than air, and basic air circulation. The
galvanized steel windband has formed reinforcing ribs and is mounted
to a heavy gauge steel, all-welded curb base. These upblast fans
come with standard features including all-aluminum dampers, neoprene
bumpers, positive bumper stops, rain channels, and lifting lugs. The
cfm range for the power roof ventilators ranges from 4700 cfm to
140,000 cfm.
The JD (direct drive) and JBI (belt
drive) fans are designed for heavy duty commercial/industrial
applications. These models have the motor in the air stream of the
fan. Direct drive units are available in 24" to 72" in diameter, and
v-belt drive units are available in 24" to 94" in diameter.
The JBX model upblast fan is Sound Fighter's belt
driven fan with the motor outside the air stream. This model
features extended lube lines, motor cover, and belt guard as
standard features. All upblast units come equipped with airfoil cast
aluminum spark resistant propellers. |

Sound Fighter
Hooded Roof Ventilators are ideal for commercial and industrial
applications. The hooded fans offer a variety of standard
construction features for applications where low noise and economy
are required. Direct and v-belt drive units for exhaust, supply, or
reversible are available in 2411 through 84" diameter with
capacities up to 120,000 cfm. Standard hoods are constructed of
heavy mill galvanized steel and shipped as a Complete unit for
either hinged or fixed installation in the field. Hoods or can be
designed with filters or bird screens. |

Sound Fighter TP
Air Circulators are easily installed units that offer economical,
efficient air cooling for almost any kind of indoor or outdoor
location. Some of the applications that use the TP model fans are:
manufacturing areas, furnace rooms, welding booths, storage and
drying rooms, warehouses, stockyards, barns, green houses, drilling
rigs, poultry and hog houses. The TP fan produces air circulation
that will keep an area from becoming stagnant with hot or polluted
air. Their all-steel, all-welded construction with removable, heavy-
gauge, safety guards insures many years of dependable, trouble-free
operation. |
